How do I place an order with your company?
You may order directly from our website 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Simply click on the shopping cart below each item and you will be taken to our store checkout. It's so easy even a child could order however get your parents permission first. Once you are done, please email us instructions and color numbers. If you need assistance beyond our online store, please use the contact page to send us an email. We answer email very quickly as we are not able to get to the phones when we are shipping orders and accepting shipments in the warehouse. Our pricing is competitive without sacrificing service! We have been importing wooden flowers and selling wholesale for many years. We know the business, product, manufacturers and culture. All wooden flowers are made overseas and any low price, mass produced product will have some percentage of defects. Yes, pricing is available on our site by adding items to your cart on our homepage. If you have special needs, please feel free to e-mail us from our contact page.
Is there a minimum order requirement for your flowers?
Our products are listed on our homepage. We have various options to choose.
Can I cancel my order?
In our continuing effort to provide our customers with quality service, the order process begins as soon as your order is confirmed online. If you place an order that you wish to cancel, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We tend to process and ship orders very quickly.
I've ordered. Where is it?
Eager to get your roses, flowers and accessories? It's easy to check your order status. You will be emailed a tracking number the day your order ships. You can track your shipment by entering your tracking number on our shipping page or you can email us.
When is my credit card or PayPal account charged and do you extend terms or COD?
Your credit card or PayPal account is charged when you order online through our website. We do not extend terms nor do we accept COD. We do accept Western Union with prior approval.

How are the flowers packaged?
Our roses are all shipped in cases. You may go to our color page and learn more about each style. Roses are sold by the bunch not single rose.
How are the carnation-like flowers packaged?
Our flowers are
packaged in bunches of 20. There are 25 bunches in a case or 500 flowers. The
bunches are packed in a plastic bag over the flowers. They are tied at two
places on the stems. Each bunch contains 2 of the following colors:
Fuchsia, Dark Blue, Yellow, Orange, Lime, Salmon
Pink, Teal, Magenta, Cream and Dark Purple.
General wooden rose care and is it okay to have my wooden roses outside?
Wooden roses are made of birch wood shavings and on occasion will appear split, this is a natural occurrence in fine thin wood. Wooden rose petals are attached with clear glue, if you notice some strings of glue, simply pull them off and the rose will be fine. On occasion you will have some roses that have the green stem unwrapped, we suggest using floral tape to repair. You may clean your wooden roses with a duster or with a cool dryer on a low speed setting. Our flowers are made of wood and are put through a dye process. Wooden flowers should be kept away from water and will fade in direct sunlight. We do have customers who use them for outside events and ceremonies, but are fully aware of the affects of the elements.
What if I receive damaged product?
Wooden roses are a mass produced imported product that continues to have tremendous success. When you order in bulk there will always be some percentage of defective units. It is important that you create your business with margins that cover damaged product. We cannot guarantee any of these roses as we have no control over quality or dye lot. If you receive defective product please email us a request and depending on the issue, we may send you replacement product. We reserve the right to deny any product that is sent back without prior authorization.
Why don't all the colors say "In Stock"?
We keep our color and style availability current on our color page, so be sure to refresh your browser each time you visit our site. We order by the container from Overseas so when we get stock, the color page will reflect the stock level
Why don't you have a phone number?
We cannot answer all calls while packing hundreds of orders and we did not want our service level to be diminished. We decided to have an email only option so all incoming requests are answered in a timely manner. Rest assured all incoming requests are answered!
